American Cut, Regent Cocktail Club openings set for Shops of Buckhead Atlanta

New York-based restaurant group LDV Hospitality, which has already brought its Corso Coffee and Dolce Italian offerings to The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, is gearing up to open two more of its concepts, American Cut Buckhead and The Regent Cocktail Club, after Labor Day Sept. 5.

After being delayed for almost a year, American Cut, a New York-style steakhouse, is set to open around Sept. 5 in a dominant multi-level space at the corner of Peachtree and Pharr roads at the mixed-use Buckhead Village project. Signature dishes will include a “Chili Lobster” and 40-ounce “Tomahawk Chop.”

The Regent Cocktail Club is set to also open around Sept. 5 above American Cut, offering skyline views from its rooftop bar. The 5,000-square-foot space will feature craft cocktails and live music performances.

LDV Hospitality owns and operates 27 food and beverage venues in cities including New York, Miami, New Orleans, Chicago and Las Vegas.

American Cut Buckhead will offer a contemporary multi-level dining experience, which includes a first level lounge and bar, a 125 seat main dining room on the second level, two private dining rooms and an indoor/outdoor roof deck bar with 360 degree views of Buckhead.

The American Cut menu features signature dishes including the house favorite Chili Lobster, the 40 oz. Tomahawk Chop and the OG 1924 Hotel Caesar salad prepared table-side in addition to a compelling bar menu of light bites and expertly curated spirits.

The Regent Cocktail Club is designed to create a permanent and approachable home for Atlanta’s budding cocktail culture with a seasonal rooftop terrace bar above American Cut and views of the Atlanta skyline. The industrial, airy 5,000-square-foot space will serve signature craft cocktails and special programming featuring live performances from local bands.
