Just another snafu in Atlanta Watershed Management’s customer bills
While usage charges were not shown, the total amount due was correct, the water agency advises. Printed bills were not affected. But, does the scenario sound familiar?
While Atlanta Watershed works to resolve the issue, it says customers who wish to verify amounts due can call the department at 404-546-0311 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and speak to a customer service representative.
