Hawks point guard Teague sells penthouse condo at Terminus for $1.9M

Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeff Teague, facing rumors of a possible trade, has sold his Buckhead penthouse on the top floor of the Terminus Building for $1.9 million, according to a report by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The buyer of the 4,325 square-foot penthouse, which was listed for $2.2 million, is Roger Dhanani. The condo has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath and features floor to ceiling windows, a media room, bar, and an office, according to the listing.

According to, Teague signed a 4-year $32 million contract with the Atlanta Hawks in 2013. But WXIA-TV reported he posted a picture on his private Instagram May 9 that has fans thinking he wants out of Atlanta.

“The Atlanta Hawks guard posted a picture of a hand making a peace sign, which could signify goodbye,” the station added. “This could be interpreted several ways, but with Teague playing less minutes in the playoffs down the stretch and just one year left on his contract, it’s possible he’s ready for a change or knows one is coming.”

Teague isn’t the first Atlanta athlete to sell a condo in the Terminus Building for millions. Former Braves second baseman Dan Uggla sold his 4,595 square-foot Buckhead condo in the building in March 2014 for $2.25 million.
