Buckhead mansion No. 7 among Zillow’s 10 most popular homes

A 16,000-square-foot mansion in Buckhead’s Tuxedo Park neighborhood—with seven bedrooms and 13 baths—is one of Zillow’s most popular homes in the U.S., having drawn more than 199,000 viewers over the last 10 years.

The online real estate listing service recently released its 10 most popular homes nationwide, and the Tuxedo Park mansion came in at No. 7.

In the website’s description of the home, it said, “The seller of this $10 million home describes it as a ‘work of art — like really good art.’ Starting with park-like grounds landscaped to perfection, the exterior leads into professionally furnished living spaces, a movie theater and wine cellar.”

According to, the home at 421 Blackland Drive is listed by Realtor Debra Johnston of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. It was sold for $1.6 million in 2006 and put back on the market in 2009.

A golfer’s Las Vegas home ranks first with 986,550 views. Other homes of note on the list are the White House, which is not for sale but had 373,680 views to rank second, and Michael Jordan’s suburban Chicago home with 298,590 is third.
