Phipps Plaza unveiling new Peachtree streetscape, store additions

Following the recent announcement of a new streetscape to its Peachtree Road entrance, Phipps Plaza will soon introduce Ticknors Men’s Clothier to its growing list of retailers, in addition to expanded Hervé Léger, Elie Tahari and Nicole Miller stores.

Tiffany & Co., Giorgio Armani, BOSS Hugo Boss and Bottega Veneta.

The new façade is designed to complement the interior and exterior renovations that have taken place at the property over the past year, and is slated for completion by the end of January.

Ticknors Men’s Clothier will open in spring 2016 on the second level next to Mayor’s in a 4,348 square-foot store. The boutique will offer a variety of men’s clothing brands including Peter Millar, Michael Kors, Johnston & Murphy, Robert Graham, Andrew Marc, Mezlan and more.

Scheduled to expand in spring 2016 near Jeffrey in a 1,187 square-foot store is Hervé Léger by Max Azria. Originally founded in 1985, Hervé Léger was acquired by BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP in 1998, marking the first time in fashion history that a French couturier was absorbed by an American designer.

The brand has refined the signature bandage construction technique and is embraced by today’s most renowned style-setters, including Beyoncé Knowles, Rihanna, Kate Hudson, Diane Kruger, Kate Winslet, Taylor Swift, Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Lopez and Madonna.

Elie Tahari is expanding to a new space near Guiseppe Zanotti on the main level in spring 2016 in a 2,000 square-foot store. The boutique will be the first in the US to showcase a new store design concept for the brand created in collaboration with Italian architect and interior designer Nicoletta Canesi of Piero Lissoni Associates.

The store will offer the complete Elie Tahari lifestyle including the women’s, men’s and accessories collections for the brand that has come to define modern sophistication of understated grace and elegance.

Rounding out the latest additions, Nicole Miller will relocate to its new space on the main level in the Nordstrom wing in early 2016. Known for her signature graphic prints and innovative silhouettes, Nicole Miller is an iconic American designer.

The new store will offer the full line of Nicole Miller products including Collection, Ready to Wear, Bridal, Accessories, Stationary and more.

Designed by Amy Morris of Amy Morris Interiors, the boutique will have a residential feel, complete with a large marble island with counter stools and a custom chandelier. There will also be a fireplace located inside the boutique.
