Katz will discuss her new responsibilities to improve opportunities for bicyclists throughout the city of Atlanta, including the addition of bike lanes on streets and thoroughfares, such as the GDOT proposal on Peachtree Road calls for between Deering Road and Peachtree Battle Avenue.

Hale will be providing updates on the recent renovations to the History Center, one of Buckhead’s best attractions for both residents and tourists, located on West Paces Ferry Road. With much renovation work already done, there is still much to come as the Cyclorama makes its move from Grant Park to the History Center.

The Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods meets from 6:45-8:30 p.m. in room 2209 at Peachtree Presbyterian Church, 3434 Roswell Road. Meetings are open to the public. More information is available at
