LBI holding PATH400 fall colors photo contest for holiday card, public display
celebrates its first fall season—with the winning image to be used on its annual holiday card.
Contest finalists will have their photographs printed and displayed at Lenox Square throughout the Holiday Season for public viewing. The deadline for entry is 5 p.m. on Nov. 1.
“With temperatures cooling off and the foliage on the PATH400 greenway starting to show the hues of the fall season, it’s a perfect time to head out to the greenway with your camera,” said LBI Executive Director Denise Starling.
“Everyone loves of the vibrancy of the changing of the seasons and what better way to highlight the natural beauty along the PATH400 greenway than through the lens of photography,” said Starling. “Everyone from the amateur with an iPhone in their pocket to the professional is welcome. We look forward to seeing this community asset through their eyes.”
The photo contest is open to everyone. Contest guidelines include:
• Abstract as well as literal imagery is encouraged.
• Photos must be taken along the greenway.
• No religious, political, derogatory or otherwise offensive content will be permitted.
• All entries must include the photographer’s name.
• No entries will be accepted after 5 p.m. on November 1st, 2015.
• Entries must be high resolution digital files, suitable for printing.

• You may submit as many photos as you like.
Entries will be judged on originality and visual appeal. The top 10 entries will be and displayed for an extended period of time. The selected winner will be recognized with their submitted photograph incorporated into Livable Buckhead’s annual holiday card, with the artist’s name recognized.
Participants grant to Livable Buckhead the right to use their names and likenesses in advertising and promotion without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries become the property of Livable Buckhead and will not be returned. All submitted photography becomes the property of Livable Buckhead, Inc. to use as deemed appropriate, display on website or for use in newsletter and other communications. Livable Buckhead, Inc. reserves the right to remove the art at any time.
