Technology firm N3 LLC may move to Buckhead’s Piedmont Center

Technology firm N3 LLC appears headed to Buckhead, recently entering into advanced discussions with Piedmont Center’s buildings 1-4 owner Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., according to a report by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

talent wants to live.

Earlier this year, Atlanta Business Chronicle reported N3 is expanding — hiring software engineers, business development specialists, project managers. Many jobs will pay, on average, at least $80,000 annually.

Other options besides Piedmont Center may still be in play, but the office park has emerged as the front-runner to land the company, according to the Business Chronicle. N3 could take at least 90,000 square feet in Piedmont Center, When N3 will finalize a new lease remains unclear.

Startups that want office space in Buckhead have been gravitating to the Piedmont Center office park because of its affordability. It is one of the few developments in Buckhead that offers free parking.

N3 CEO Jeff Laue released a statement Wednesday by email saying, “Continued success in generating revenue for market-leading technology and software clients has led to significant growth within our sales teams. We are currently exploring several options that would best accommodate our rapidly growing business and provide a desirable, dynamic environment for current and new employees.”

Earlier this year Laue told Atlanta Business Chronicle, “Employees want to be close to a metropolitan lifestyle.”
