Saks OFF 5th may take part of Toys“R”Us Buckhead Station space
according to a report by Tomorrow’s News Today Atlanta.
Property owner Equity One, which purchased the center in 2007, also operates The Gallery Westbury Plaza on Long Island, NY, a two-story center that is home to Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy and a Saks OFF 5TH, among other retailers.
TNT Atlanta had not been able to get anyone from Equity One or Saks to confirm the retailer’s plans, but reported “multiple well-placed sources indicate a deal is in place to bring the store to the Buckhead center. It’s believed that OFF 5th will occupy about 25-30,000 square feet of the overall 45,000 square foot space.
