2 condo sales at Residences at St. Regis Atlanta total $7.5 million
remaining, according to the owner the Tavistock Group.
The most recent sales include a 6,824-square-foot unfinished unit for $5,056,584 and a 3,684-square-foot unfinished condo for $2,590,000, the lowest sale price recorded this year for a unit at the Residences at the St. Regis Atlanta.
In March, the Tavistock Group reported that five condo units at The St. Regis each sold for more than $3 million, totaling $16,507,130, during December and January. The square footage of those five units ranged from 3,583 to 4,549 and price per square foot ranged from $726 to $851.
“The Residences at The St. Regis Atlanta achieved tremendous success in 2014 with nearly $18 million in sales, and the activity in early 2015 signals another strong year,” Douglas McMahon, senior managing director of Tavistock Group, said in March.
The trend of sales to current owners looking to expand within the building helped boost sales figures heading into 2015, according to the property owner.
Encompassing the top 14 floors of the Beaux Arts-style St. Regis Atlanta, all of the private residences feature access to St. Regis Atlanta hotel services and amenities. Each residence has a two to five bedrooms. Floor plans range from 3,200 to more than 9,300 square feet.
