‘Pints for Parks’ June 16 supports Park Pride’s volunteer program

Park Pride, the Atlanta-based nonprofit that has worked with many Buckhead neighborhoods to improve parks and greenspace, is hosting its annual “Pints for Parks” fundraiser Tuesday (June 16) that is expected to draw 300 attendees to Orpheus Brewing, Parksdide Piedmont from 6-9 p.m.

The fun, casual event will support the growth of Park Pride’s Volunteer Program, which surpassed providing 500,000 hours of volunteer service in parks and was voted “Best Volunteer Program in Atlanta” by Creative Loafing readers last year.

“Pints for Parks” guests will enjoy the taste of Orpheus beer paired with a spread of food provided by popular Atlanta restaurants: Craft Izakaya, Fred’s Meat & Bread, H. Harper Station, Metrotainment Bakery, Rathbun’s and Yalla.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction with items such as a Grill Dome Infinity Series Ceramic grill, a vacation weekend at Big Canoe, theater tickets and adventure experiences for individuals or families, restaurant gift cards, French lessons, sports memorabilia, landscape consultations, spa days and more.

More information and registration for “Pints for Parks” is available on Park Pride’s website. Space is limited and advanced purchase is required.
