Terminus complex honored for reducing traffic, improving air quality

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia Commute Options on April 29 recognized Terminus in Buckhead as one of 13 outstanding businesses and individuals who have made great strides in reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality in Metro Atlanta.

Terminus, Cousins Properties’ mixed-use development at Peachtree and Piedmont roads in Buckhead, was honored with the Best Overall Program – Property Managers. Here are some quick notes about the Terminus complex:

Terminus property management is committed to providing and promoting transportation alternatives to its customers and employees. It has been participating in the Livable Buckhead discounted transit pass program since 2008, to purchase passes each month on behalf of its customers. Terminus also recently formed a vanpool.

Located at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont, Terminus consists of LEED certified Gold and Silver buildings, including two office towers, a luxury condo tower and street-level retail.

Terminus partners with Livable Buckhead to hold commuter events every other month, including health fairs, Earth Day tabling event, Atlanta Bike Safety lunch and learn, MARTA Pedestrian Bridge Outreach event and the Terminus Vanpool event.
