Le Bilboquet to launch gourmet food to go window April 8

Beginning April 8, Le Bilboquet, the high-end French restaurant at Buckhead Atlanta, will expand its offerings with the launch of its gourmet to-go concept, Bilbo To-Go, located on the exterior corner of the stand-alone courtyard restaurant building.

The new Bilbo To Go window will feature health focused, ready-to-eat food and drink options, offering a bistro-like atmosphere for diners and shoppers and deliver immediate service and convenience to business, residential and shopping patrons on-the-go.

Bilbo To-Go will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call ahead ordering will also be available by calling 404.869.9946.

“With the addition of Bilbo To-Go, we will provide guests with an experience that is truly unique and sets our restaurant apart,” said Jon Skinner, general manager of the restaurant. “We have taken the foundations of fresh and authentic food that Le Bilboquet currently offers and expanded upon them with additional diversity, speed and convenience.”

For early risers, the new menu will offer a wide selection of breakfast items including espressos, macchiatos, lattes and cappuccinos along with an assortment of fresh fruit, bagels, parfaits, croissants and breakfast sandwiches.

The menu will also boast a range of healthy lunch and afternoon snack options such as the iconic Cajun chicken salad sandwich, tabouleh salad and the French favorite croque monsieur.

Also set to debut on the menu will be a variety of pressed sandwiches including the roasted vegetable ratatouille with roasted squash and a lively tomato spread and the prosciutto and manchego with fresh basil oil. Additionally, the menu will feature an extensive list of pressed juices and smoothies along with various flavors of homemade sorbet and ice cream.

Le Bilboquet is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and for brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is available Sunday to Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m., and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For more information, visit www.lebilboquetatlanta.com or call 404.869.9944.

Later this summer, Le Bilboquet plans to debut additional delivery and catering services.

Meanwhile at OliverMcMillan’s Buckhead Atlanta development, Spanx is scheduled to move into its new headquarters offices in May and six new retail shops are scheduled to open in the next three months, beginning with Jonathan Adler in April.

In May, Alice & OIlivia, Tod’s and Vilebrequin are scheduled to open, followed by Davidoff of Geneva and Jimmy Choo in June.

The latest word is that LDV Hospitality, which opened Corso Coffee at Buckhead Atlanta earlier this year, says it is anticipating late summer openings for both its La Dolce Italian and American Cut restaurants.
